Digital Strategy

High-level strategic analysis and proposal for, identifying the current role the website plays within the Verizon digital ecosystem, and providing three new territories the destination can be taken into in the near future.

Working with a team of experience and brand strategists, I looked at how the company is currently utilizing (acquisition, support, e-commerce), and how it can be optimized with both insights (from the retail experience, real-world customer relationships, membership models), and emerging technologies such as AI.
