Branding and packaging design for Noctua Wines, a small wine producer on the Aegean island of Bozcaada (Tenedos) in Turkey.
Noctua (also called ‘Little Owl’) is a small owl species native to the temperate and warmer parts of Europe, Asia, and north Africa. In Greek and Roman mythology, Athene Noctua is the symbolic owl of Athena, accompanying the deity on pottery, mosaics and paintings, as well as appearing on Greek and Roman coins throughout antiquity.
